The way of receiving
As life becomes more and more fast and almost unbearable for some, let us be reminded to slow down. To remember that beautiful and simple act of our in and out breath.
There is something so powerful in taking time everyday to be present with each part of the body and to stream an energy of love and appreciation for this miracle that the body is. To amplify the senses and the receptive power we all carry within ourself.
Receptivity.. what is that really? Let yourself ponder that word for a moment? do you know receptivity within yourself ?
When someone gives you a gift. what is your first initial thought? do you cringe or close off ? do you feel instantly like now I owe you something witch is in truth a feeling of I don’t deserve this ? what would it feel to say thank you, and to really acknowledge the gift, the giver and the receiver as something so precious and beautiful, as it is.
Now I want to invite a thought and feeling experiment where you give yourself the space to receive your breath like it were a gift from someone you deeply love and appreciate.
